Risk notice
Read this before you buy, sell or launch anything. It is short on purpose.
The formal risk terms have not been published yet. They are to be written with a lawyer and will replace this page. Until then this page says, in plain words, how the site works today. Nothing on it is legal advice.
Coins
- Coins are speculative and can go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice.
- Coins launched here trade on pump.fun, and most coins like these lose most or all of their value, often quickly.
- A game does not make a coin worth anything. Nothing on this site is a reason to expect a profit.
- Only use money you can afford to lose completely.
What this site cannot do for you
- It does not hold your coins or your money, so it cannot return them. A transaction your wallet has signed cannot be taken back.
- It cannot stop a coin's price from falling, and it does not trade.
- It cannot prevent pump.fun's own admin authority or its community-takeover process from changing a coin's fee split. When that happens the coin is marked unverified here and its game stops getting updates.
Games and updates
- Updates are paid for by trading fees. If a coin stops trading, its updates stop. The game stays playable.
- Game budgets are kept in our ledger, not in a contract. The fee transactions that fund them are public.
- Games are written by an AI, or uploaded by their creator. They are scanned, tested and run sealed off from this page and from your wallet, and they can still have faults.
- Scores come from your browser and can be faked. They are for fun and are never tied to a reward.
Paying for a custom game
- The fee, from 0.2 SOL, pays for an AI's work on your game. It is not an investment in anything.
- If the game cannot be made to pass its tests, a refund request is opened for you. Refunds are paid by hand by the owner, not by a program, so they are not instant.
